Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Autentik dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan PT. Telkomsel dimediasi oleh Self-Efficacy

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik dan work-life balance terhadap keterlibatan karyawan dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Telkomsel Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal dan melibatkan 177 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap keterlibatan karyawan (? = 0,359; p < 0,05) serta pengaruh work-life balance terhadap keterlibatan karyawan (? = 0,274; p < 0,05). Selain itu, model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 73,4% variasi keterlibatan karyawan (R² = 0,734). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan kepemimpinan autentik dan work-life balance yang mampu memperkuat self-efficacy karyawan. Dengan demikian, self-efficacy berperan penting sebagai mekanisme psikologis yang menjembatani pengaruh faktor organisasi terhadap keterlibatan karyawan.
